Myndsheer is pleased to provide the Alpha Communities Foundation with virtual videography and post production editing for an Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Leadership Engagement Campaign prior to the end of June 2026.

Project Objective Produce brief virtual videos featuring Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity General President Metellus and the five Regional Vice Presidents.

Deliverables 

  • Six (6) individual stand-alone videos
  • Each video no longer than 30 seconds in length
  • One (1) compilation video combining all six leaders into a single standalone piece

Recommended Production Consideration 

While virtual recording through Zoom or Microsoft Teams has been utilized in the past, it is not the most ideal production method when image quality is important. Internal laptop webcams often produce softer visuals, weaker lighting response, lower audio quality, and compressed video signals that can reduce the overall professionalism of the final deliverable. For a polished leadership presentation, higher-quality capture methods are recommended.

Video Production: $1,500

Myndsheer shall advise participants to use modern smartphones with better rear-facing cameras for better quality over webcam recordings while remaining fully remote.

  • Scheduling coordination for six participants
  • Remote directing sessions for each speaker
  • Guidance on framing, lighting, background, and audio setup
  • Performance coaching during recording
  • File transfer coordination and media collection

Post-Production Editing: $650

Includes: 

  • Edit six (6) standalone clips
  • Create one (1) combined compilation video
  • Audio leveling and cleanup
  • Color correction
  • Titles/lower thirds of assets are provided
  • Final exports for delivery
  • 1 round of revisions

Consulting - Business Development: $160

Includes: 

  • One hour of direction and minimal scripting for Alpha leaders' dialogue
  • Assistance with efficiently scheduling and coordinating the video capture with one-day or two half-days

Basic Terms & Conditions:

1. This is a fixed price invoice. Work will commence upon the client's initial payment. Installment payments will be due in one month intervals after the initial payment. The duration of the work is not dependent on the installment payment schedule. Myndsheer shall launch or release work based on an agreed upon schedule and the client's acceptance of the work.

2. Myndsheer shall complete the agreed scope of work upon the agreed schedule usually within 30-days of the client's initial payment, unless otherwise specified within a written project schedule.

3. Should the client fail to meet it's installment payment commitment as agreed, Myndsheer reserves the right to suspend the website and other client services until such time as the client resumes the installment payments.

4. After client completes full payment of the development invoice, the digital content consisting of - any domain secured by Myndsheer, website pages, and associated image, video, and verbiage content developed by Myndsheer's efforts related to the contracted service - will become the sole property of the client and will be provided to the client upon request. Client will bear the cost of any data transfer to the client or its third-party requested by the client.

5. Should the client opt to use Myndsheer's hosting services, Myndsheer will securely host, protect and back-up the client's digital content, through its server and/or that of its third-party subcontractors.

6. Should the client require content to be developed and added to the scope of work above what is listed, Myndsheer offers its occasional monthly maintenance and content upgrades plan or can provide a separate quote for the additional scope of work.

7. Client will receive a monthly maintenance invoice starting the month after the client's website launch at an initial rate of $35.00 per month, minus the portion of the fee for client's use of other domain or hosting providers.

8. The monthly maintenance rate is subject to adjustment for changes in services provided or to cover any increases in costs to maintain the client's digital content. Myndsheer will endeavor to provide the client with written or electronic notice of any price adjustments for client's acceptance.

9. From time to time, Myndsheer will offer, and the client can request, additional services for which Myndsheer will provide a quote. If presented, Myndsheer will honor the referral discount for the life of its relationship with the client. However, the referral discount shall not apply to monthly maintenance items.

10. By accepting this Invoice, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
