  • Creating a new personal branded website home at denselfleming.com
    • Revising existing website and adding new client- and Myndsheer-provided content
    • Showcasing Densel’s value proposition directly aimed to blending family activity and professional impacts on clients, sponsors, supporters, and the public
  • Art - branding design options – basic logo – create a personal brand logo for Densel Fleming to replace the Alpha campaign logo
  • Providing a marketing strategy for
    • Weaving a cohesive multi-faceted story that enhances the gravity of the client’s brand
    • Curates a schedule of content delivery that is intentional, not trendy, and
    • Is attractive and meaningful to supporters, clients and business leads
  • Measuring and analyzing data on visitor/viewer engagement and lead inquiry activity from digital marketing channels (web, search, social, video, email, text, referral, and in-person events)
  • Publishing basic essential policy plan content providing terms of use of the site and privacy terms

The personal branded website on denselfleming.org will be hosted on the client's GoDaddy hosting account, unless the client wishes for Myndsheer to host the content on its servers.

Myndsheer shall deliver the new website that will showcase Densel and the Fleming family, engage potential clients, be attractive, informative, trustworthy, secure, fast, optimized for search engines, and will showcase a strong personal brand layout. The digital presence will be responsive on connected desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones.

Myndsheer has provided the client with a discount and offers a monthly payment option.

The client can start the project immediately with as little as a $630 initial deposit, and agreement to pay four (4) monthly installments of $400 each.

Myndsheer offers flexible 0% interest on the extended payment community plan to accommodate our clients’ needs and focus on delivering value.

Basic Terms & Conditions:

1. This is a fixed price invoice. Work will commence upon the client's initial payment. Installment payments will be due in one month intervals after the initial payment. The duration of the work is not dependent on the installment payment schedule. Myndsheer shall launch or release work based on an agreed upon schedule and the client's acceptance of the work.

2. Myndsheer shall complete the agreed scope of work upon the agreed schedule usually within 30-days of the client's initial payment, unless otherwise specified within a written project schedule.

3. Should the client fail to meet it's installment payment commitment as agreed, Myndsheer reserves the right to suspend the website and other client services until such time as the client resumes the installment payments.

4. After client completes full payment of the development invoice, the digital content consisting of - any domain secured by Myndsheer, website pages, and associated image, video, and verbiage content developed by Myndsheer's efforts related to the contracted service - will become the sole property of the client and will be provided to the client upon request. Client will bear the cost of any data transfer to the client or its third-party requested by the client.

5. Should the client opt to use Myndsheer's hosting services, Myndsheer will securely host, protect and back-up the client's digital content, through its server and/or that of its third-party subcontractors.

6. Should the client require content to be developed and added to the scope of work above what is listed, Myndsheer offers its occasional monthly maintenance and content upgrades plan or can provide a separate quote for the additional scope of work.

7. Client will receive a monthly maintenance invoice starting the month after the client's website launch at an initial rate of $35.00 per month, minus the portion of the fee for client's use of other domain or hosting providers.

8. The monthly maintenance rate is subject to adjustment for changes in services provided or to cover any increases in costs to maintain the client's digital content. Myndsheer will endeavor to provide the client with written or electronic notice of any price adjustments for client's acceptance.

9. From time to time, Myndsheer will offer, and the client can request, additional services for which Myndsheer will provide a quote. If presented, Myndsheer will honor the referral discount for the life of its relationship with the client. However, the referral discount shall not apply to monthly maintenance items.

10. By accepting this Invoice, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
