Basic Terms & Conditions:

This is a fixed price quote. If accepted, an invoice will be generated and work will commence upon the client's initial payment of $300.00 of the total. Another $334.00 will be due in 6 installments on the monthly date from the initial payment. Myndsheer will endeavor to complete the scope of work upon the client's and Myndsheer's agreed upon schedule during the website kick-off meeting.

The digital content consisting of - any domain secured by Myndsheer, website pages, and associated image, video, and verbiage content developed by Myndsheer's efforts related to the contracted service - is the sole property of the client and will be provided to the client after final payment upon request.

Myndsheer will securely host, protect and back-up the client's digital content, through it's server and/or that of it's third-party subcontractors.

Should the client require content to be developed and added to the scope of work above what is listed, Myndsheer will provide a separate quote for the additional scope of work.

Client will receive a monthly maintenance invoice on or about 30-days from the launch of the contracted and completed digital content at an initial rate of $35.00 per month (plus an optional additional $7.00 per month rate for shopping cart add-ons).

The monthly maintenance rate is subject to adjustment for changes in services provided or to cover any increases in costs to maintain the client's digital content. Myndsheer will endeavor to provide the client with written or electronic notice of any price adjustments for client's acceptance.

From time to time, Myndsheer will offer, and the client can request, additional services for which Myndsheer will provide a quote.
