Terms & Conditions

1. Website maintenance services referenced above by Myndsheer, Inc. are annual (12 month) agreements.
2. Payment Methods; a) Monthly Website Maintenance fees require credit card or paypal for payment. No other forms of payment will be accepted for monthly website maintenance payments, b) Quarterly and Annual Website Maintenance fees may be paid with credit card, paypal, check, or money order.
3. Website maintenance fees will be charged to the client’s credit card on file every month or quarter (for quarterly paying customers) on the same day or the next business day.
4. Clients may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice, additional fees may apply for early termination.
5. A fee equaling one month of maintenance will be charged to the clients account for terminating this agreement between the 6th month and the 12th month of the agreement term.
6. After the initial 12 months, the client may terminate this agreement without paying any additional fees with 30 days written notice.
7. Myndsheer may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the client.
8. Payment is due on the due date posted, or within 14 days from date of invoice if no due date. Late payment is subject to fees of 5% per month.
9. There are no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
